The position requires excellent negotiation skills, thorough market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with owners, tenants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Negotiations Conducting the full leasing process: sourcing tenants, presenting spaces, preparing offers, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements. Agreeing upon lease terms based on the owner's strategy and current market conditions. Collaborating with legal departments in the creation and verification of transaction documentation. Market Research & Strategy Retail market analysis: monitoring trends, rental rates, competitor activity, and benchmarks. Developing commercialization strategies and recommending the optimal tenant mix. Identifying potential brands and categories that fit the property's profile. Tenant Relations Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective tenants, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Supporting the renegotiation process and resolving ongoing tenant issues and inquiries. Close cooperation with property owners and asset management teams. Marketing & Promotion Preparing marketing plans and strategies for promoting available spaces. Creating presentation and offer materials and updating property listings.
