This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Home Client Services division. This product team is responsible for transforming our clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and business operations through applications in AI & ML. You’ll lead the building, optimizing, and scaling of products to solve these specific partner and customer challenges, ensuring our team delivers measurable business value.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own product lifecycles from end to end. You will be responsible for collaborating with client stakeholders on strategy, setting roadmaps for the team, managing the build, creating customer and business value, and utilizing end-user feedback to determine what to do next. 

We expect the person in this role to be deeply analytical and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong intuition on how modern AI systems work in production, the analytical rigor to uncover signals in ambiguity, and the critical thinking to reason through where AI can truly create value - not just what to build, but why it matters and how to execute. We're looking for a builder, someone who has shipped AI-native solutions, actively uses agents to accelerate their work, and has a genuine affinity for the space.

This role will have a high level of visibility across the industry group. You will be the point-person for a key initiative with multiple senior stakeholders while working cross-functionally with our business and technology teams. You and the team will be responsible for the KPIs in your portion of the customer funnel, contributing to top line and bottom line growth. You will partner closely with one of our clients - designing solutions, driving alignment, and shaping business decisions through effective communication and deep subject-matter expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Drive initiatives: Operate as the day-to-day lead for our digital products, ensuring alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, and customer needs
  • Define opportunities: Identify high-value use cases for AI-powered applications, develop business cases, and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with your client, gaining buy-in on proposals
  • Vision into execution: Translate high-level objectives into product roadmaps and technical deliverables, guiding design, engineering, and data science teams through execution. Leverage modern AI tools and automation to prototype solutions, generate first-pass product artifacts, and accelerate product development across your team
  • Own outcomes: Drive business value through hands-on KPI definition, data analysis, experimentation, and optimization. Own the performance and investment narrative with your client, ensuring clarity on results and subsequent product decisions
  • Develop talent: Manage and develop 1+ product manager(s), helping them take ownership of workstreams, build product sense, and apply technical skills to drive business outcomes
  • Central contribution: Partner with other product teams to develop reusable AI-enabled tooling and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across product development.
