About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.

This role is within the India CIB CAO International COO team, responsible for driving and supporting International Governance and wider Business Management activities. As an individual contributor, the incumbent would help formulate organization wide strategy and policy, prepare governance material for Branch & Sr. Mgmt. Committees including collation of governance materials, managing meeting (tracking action items, minutes, KPI tracking, developing dashboards), be is expected to drive timely completion.

 In addition supporting the preparation of materials for executive briefings (SMF meetings) ahead of key business and regulatory meetings, supporting other business mgt activities as determined by management (e.g., the WFBNA LB ManCo, WFSE ExCo, Dubai Branch ManCo, WFBI OpCo, APAC Branch committees as required).

In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualification

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

8+ years of capital markets industry with a top tier bank and/ or project management experience is preferable

Candidates should possess superior verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail

Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy, and integrity

Experience in the collation, review and preparation of Governance materials (including minute taking) for Governance Committees is essential.

Experience in partnering with other functions to prepare and present management information

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Developing and designing reporting and presentations suitable for senior management and executives

Strong people management and collaboration skills, working with stakeholders across an international footprint.

Collaborate and consult with team members and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Highly organized, excellent time mgt skills and detailed orientated with solid experience in delivering and managing competing priorities.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Desired Qualifications:

Preparation and coordination of materials and presentations required for Governance Committees across International, including minute taking, action tracking, KPI collation, dashboard production, preparation and execution of annual effectiveness reviews and coordination of executive briefing sessions ahead of committees.

Preparation and coordination of materials and presentations required for bi-annuals updates to the regulators in conjunction with the Business and Reg Relations; Collaborate with senior leaders globally to create executive ready presentations

Preparation and coordination of materials for bi - annual business reviews

Support and oversee monthly meetings aligned with the International SMF responsibilities as required

Working with the wider International Business Management team to effectively track action items from committees and other forums to provide transparency on updates and ensure satisfactory closure.

Convert business problem statements into cost effective, scalable, reliable & user-friendly recommendations; Drive complex issues and deliverables into effective outcome-oriented conversations

Lead large scale initiatives within a complex environment, impacting global lines of business

Possess superior verbal and written communication skills

Present information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels

Interact and communicate with the business partners / requestors on a regular basis and effectively manage expectations

Institute sturdy communication channels with business partners to manage timely execution & tracking of deliverables / action items

Ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients including escalations as needed

Experience with synthesizing data from multiple sources to create persuasive presentations for senior leaders

Ability to prioritize work, set deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment    

Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented

Ability to simplify complex and abstract concepts in a clear and precise manner

Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to recommend solutions and provide credible challenges

Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results

Overall cross-collaboration experience required to effectively engage global counterparts

Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas

Takes ownership and accountability for responsibilities, business outcomes, and for management of risk exposure
