As the Global Director of Culture Systems & Belonging you will lead an enterprise change leadership mandate in support of fostering an exceptional employee experience that cultivates inclusive leadership, systems and experiences across the talent life cycle. You will co-create strategy that furthers our focus on enterprise culture transformation for high performance, talent strategy acceleration, and inclusive innovative experiences to advance belonging. In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with the VP of Culture & Experience -Chief I&B Officer and Leadership to design and execute impactful initiatives that advance business results across all functions, regions, and the talent lifecycle-culture and employee experience in partnership with Learning & Development and Employee Listening leaders. As a transformational leader, you will leverage your strong understanding of AI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness and scalability of our culture and belonging efforts leveraging a range of experience across HR functions/CEO’s. Your ability to influence at the enterprise level will help create measurable organizational change and drive meaningful outcomes at Pinterest.

At Pinterest, we believe AI is a core capability—not just a tool. In this role, you will be expected to actively leverage AI to elevate the impact, efficiency, and innovation of I&B work across the enterprise:
- Use AI-powered people analytics platforms to identify inclusion gaps, surface workforce trends, and generate data-driven recommendations for leadership—reducing time spent on manual reporting and increasing strategic impact.
- Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Glean) to accelerate the development of I&B frameworks, communications, playbooks, and program content—enabling the team to operate at greater scale with a lean structure.
- Embed AI literacy and responsible AI use into I&B programming and change initiatives, ensuring that Pinterest’s AI Forward strategy is designed and deployed with inclusion, fairness, and belonging at its core.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Co-create and set the strategic direction for Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) and culture systems ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and enterprise strategy in partnership with the Chief I&B Officer and executive team.
- Serve as a primary influencer, advisor, and strategic partner to senior executives and functional leaders on I&B and Culture priorities, impact, and trends.
- Guide the continuous evolution of company-wide I&B interventions, playbooks, and frameworks embedded in business, talent, and engagement priorities.
Enterprise Change & Influence
- Sponsor and lead company-scale change initiatives to embed inclusion and belonging in all aspects of Pinterest’s culture, operations, and business practices.
