THE WORK:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting, we are looking for a high-energy, technically-adept Accounting Manager, Corporate Process and AI Execution to serve as a key partner to the controllership team in scaling our global finance operations.
This is a "player-coach" role designed for someone who bridges the gap between complex accounting and innovative technology. You will be the primary driver of our AI-driven process improvements while ensuring the day-to-day global close remains on track. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Corporate Accounting & Global Close Support
- Global Close Coordination: Assist in managing the end-to-end global accounting close process. You will coordinate with internal teams and our offshore managed services team to ensure all deadlines are met with precision.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with stakeholders in Tax, FP&A, Finance Systems, Finance Operations and Technical Accounting to ensure day-to-day work is streamlined and enterprise-wide efficiency is maximized.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Assist in building and maintaining robust internal control environments to ensure that automated workflows remain compliant and operationally efficient.
AI Workflow Maintenance & Process Optimization
- Maintain AI Workflows: Take ownership of existing AI and automation workstreams in Corporate Accounting, ensuring the integrity and performance of automated processes in Investments, AP Accruals, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, and Leases etc.
- Project Follow-up: Act as the lead coordinator for transformation initiatives; manage project milestones, track progress, and ensure that all AI-driven enhancements are functioning as intended.
- Operational Innovation: Serve as the front line for day-to-day operations to identify manual bottlenecks; assist in the design and deployment of AI-assisted solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Efficiency Scoping: Continuously monitor and propose refinements to AI use cases, such as streamlining Investment valuation and reconciliation or enhancing AP Accrual estimations, to keep the department at the technological forefront.
Audit & Stakeholder Support
- Audit Coordination: Support the coordination of internal and external audits. You will assist in the collection, organization, and initial review of PBC requests to ensure a smooth audit lifecycle.
- Documentation & Polish: Help refine and polish audit responses and process documentation. You will assist in explaining AI-enhanced workflows to auditors, ensuring that automated evidence is clear, professional, and meets all regulatory standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally blending a Big Four foundation with in-house corporate accounting.
- Credentials: CPA is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
