By joining our Sales Talent Community, you could be considered for roles in the following functions including, while locations vary:

  • Sales Account Management- Managing and growing a defined territory or portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term relationship development. This role focuses on expanding existing business while identifying new opportunities within biotech, pharma, and academic customers.
  • Inside Sales/ Field Sales- Supports revenue growth by engaging customers through phone, email, and digital channels, managing inbound and outbound sales activities. This role focuses on lead qualification, quote generation, and maintaining strong customer engagement across assigned accounts.

  • Business Development- Drives strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within targeted market segments. This role often focuses on larger, complex deals, strategic partnerships, and expanding GenScript’s footprint within biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.

  • Technical Solutions Management- Serves as a technical commercial expert, partnering with customers to understand scientific needs and recommend tailored solutions across GenScript’s portfolio. This role bridges sales and technical teams to ensure successful project scoping, proposal development, and customer satisfaction.
