Job Description
As Sales Order Coordinator for the Studio Content Services group at Amazon MGM Studios, this individual will be responsible for researching, ordering, tracking and facilitating deliveries across all genres of content for 3rd party distribution to Digital Retailers and broadcasters. Studio Content Services is also engaged in driving and supporting innovation for Amazon for AI-enabled transformation of the media supply chain.
Key job responsibilities
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Tech to provide metadata, artwork and promotional materials to clients
• Review delivery requests against contractual terms, i.e., licensed titles, license period, and technical requirements
• Research asset availability for current and library content and maintain and update internal trackers
• Confirm material availability and costs on a title-by-title basis
• Anticipate and respond to servicing inquiries for assigned territories
• Track license periods and follow-up for delivery requests in anticipation of license start date
• Liaise with labs on client onboarding and encoding requirements in conjunction with Onboarding Manager
• Determine appropriate source elements for creating client video material (tape and/or files)
• Order materials from post-production labs via MSS, create Work Order and SAP POs, as necessary.
• Coordinate and create necessary language versions, laybacks/conforms, or material fixes through multiple vendors, if necessary
• Review delivery requests against technical requirements and specs to ensure accuracy
• Advise licensees, contracts group, and sales personnel on the delivery status of materials
• Coordinate tracking, repair, and replacement of any rejected materials
• Coordinate with labs for review of masters and fixes
• Analyze quality control reports and coordinate with technical specialists to determine appropriate solutions
• Proactively update and maintain spreadsheet grids and/or databases with status updates, POs, rejections, deliveries, etc.
• Alert Finance team to material rebill costs and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Provide back up coverage for other team members during their time off
• Implement and enhance internal AI solutions to automate workflow and processes
- 2+ years of customer service, project management, asset operations or post-delivery preferred
- Working knowledge of 4K, HD, and various video and audio file formats
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills; strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated team player
- SAP knowledge preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience in post-production and digital and physical asset research
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Digital Retailers and broadcasters
- International media asset management experience
- SAP experience
- Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
- Ability to thrive while working independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Good sense of humor

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office Professional Suite and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel- 2+ years of customer service, project management, asset operations or post-delivery preferred
- Working knowledge of 4K, HD, and various video and audio file formats
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills; strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated team player
- SAP knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with episodic and film workflows- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience in post-production and digital and physical asset research
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Digital Retailers and broadcasters
