Job Description

Working within Waterfall or Agile frameworks, a Business Analyst will work with a variety of disciplined focused team members all working toward a common goal of delivering value with quality and scale. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such within Technology and across our business partners to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices. Independently performs advanced business and project analysis for the most complex and largest projects.

Onsite position in AEP Headquarters building 1RP, Columbus, OH

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day‑to‑day functional leadership to Depot team, including work prioritization, guidance, and mentoring

  • Act as the escalation point for complex depot, lifecycle, or asset issues

  • Manage hardware vendors and service provider relationships supporting Depot capabilities

  • Manage Computer Lifecycle program, including budgeting, forecasting and delivery

  • Drive operational improvements of departmental processes

Additional Experience Preferred:

  • Previous computer lifecycle experience

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and workflows to support Depot capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in IT depot, hardware lifecycle, asset management, or end‑user computing operations

  • Experience providing functional or lead‑level guidance to peers

  • Strong program and project level management experience

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field of study; Or associate's degree in computer science or related field of study with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
