Oracle Applications Lead Technical Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle R12 ERP Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must provide technical expertise and support for Oracle EBS applications, including development, customization, and maintenance, focusing on areas like PL/SQL, reports, forms, and integration. Candidate must have a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes. Candidate should have good knowledge on one or more ERP functional modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EBS Development and Integration Tools.
• Application Support: Leading Production support for Oracle EBS Application Technical issues. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Oracle EBS applications. Provide support for third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity. 
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues in Oracle EBS applications. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions. 
• User support: Providing technical support to end users on Oracle EBS applications, addressing queries and resolving issues. 
• Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information. 
• Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
• Data Analysis: Develop high complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements. 
• Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Solution Design: Designing and configuring Oracle EBS solutions to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with EBS functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Implementation: Supporting Functional Consultants with implementation of Oracle EBS modules.
• Development and Customization: Develop, modify, and customize Oracle EBS modules, forms, reports, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
• Data Migration: Design and develop SQL Scripts for data extraction based on STTM mapping (Source to Target ERP mappings) from or to Oracle EBS functional modules.
• Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 15+ years of experience working with R12 ERP applications with focus on EBS Technical skills like PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant tools

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS development, customization, and support.
• Proficient in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Technical architecture.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Order Management, Procurement etc).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with functional teams and business users.
• Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF). 
• Experience with Oracle Workflow.
• Experience in SQL performance tuning.
• Experience in building, supporting, troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience in code repository/version management systems implementation in high paced environments with multiple simultaneous projects and support activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification on Oracle Financials (preference to Oracle R12).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations is a plus.
• Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
