What will you do?

A day in the life of a Analyst, Brand Compliance and Reporting, Global Responsible Sourcing at VF looks a little like this.

The primary responsibility of the Analyst is licensee, collaboration, and Gift with Purchase onboarding and compliance activities across VF brands. Daily tasks include – managing data, conducting screenings, collecting documentation, coordinating audits, reviewing audits and communicating with stakeholders to ensure risks are identified, tracked, and communicated in a timely clear and consistent manner with global VF partners.

This role supports VF’s Responsible Sourcing programs by coordinating data collection, managing compliance workflows, assisting with audits, and maintaining accurate records and reporting for licensee, collaborations, and GWP vendors/facilities. The position works closely with Senior Analysts, Managers, Global Brand partners, Responsible Sourcing, Legal, Indirect Procurement, and third-party auditors.

Partner, Licensee & Vendor Screening:

  • Conduct desktop screenings for licensees, partners, collaborations, and vendors.

  • Manage disclosures, including follow‑up documentation and confirmations.

  • Collect, organize, and maintain required documentation to support onboarding and compliance decisions.

  • Escalate screening risks clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.

  • Present VF Factory Compliance and Responsible Sourcing information to new Partners and Factories.

Audit Requests, Reports, and Corrective Action Coordination:

  • Collect information to create new accounts or active existing accounts for in scope vendors and factories on internal systems for onboarding .

  • Maintain relevant information and monitor status for each active in scope factory in FFC.

  • Track audit requests, confirmations, and timelines.

  • Request, coordinate and track factory audits, including coordination with auditors.

  • Review audit reports, provide clarifications, and support follow up as needed.

  • Assist with corrective action tracking and re audit coordination in collaboration with senior team members.

  • Maintain and manage an active factory list and confirm results with each business unit quarterly.

Factory & Collaboration Onboarding:

  • Onboard Collaboration Partners.

  • Collect and organize essential policy, factory and partner information for onboarding.

  • Educate partners on understanding of VF’s factory compliance requirements.

  • Manage VF brands collaboration partner factory compliance requirements.

  • Present VF Factory Compliance and Responsible Sourcing information to new Partners and Factories.

GWP (Gift with Purchase/Promotional Items) Vendor Onboarding

  • Onboard preferred vendors.

  • Support partner understanding of GWP processes and compliance requirements.

  • Collect and organize required vendor documentation.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date vendor and compliance records.

  • Lead annual GWP Compliance training to Brand internal and external stakeholders.

  • Present VF Factory Compliance and Responsible Sourcing information to new Partners.

Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide timely, organized, and clear communication to Brand partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain and organize compliance databases, onboarding records, and documentation repositories.

  • Support reporting, analytics, and data integrity for Brand Compliance and Responsible Sourcing teams.

  • Stay up to date on onboarding activity and compliance status through weekly project meetings and shared task ownership.

  • Maintain a strong understanding and alignment with all aspects of the VF Factory Compliance program, requirements and implementation process.

  • Run and optimize KPIs for the Brand Compliance team to communicate internally and drive efficiencies.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1+years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience: Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Social & Environmental subject areas or related fields preferred.

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 1 plus years apparel/footwear industry experience in sourcing, social compliance and/or in field audit.

  • Overall experience in the supply chain field of apparel and footwear will be considered a plus.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong analytical and report presentation skills including computer skills in database, spreadsheets, AI and power-point.

  • Ability to work independently, but a team player who can collaborate productively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and programs.

Location requirement: hybrid, 3 days in office.

Hiring Range:

$54,432.00 USD - $68,040.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
