The TPM Global Process & Product Manager is a hybrid Global Process Owner and Product Owner role responsible for shaping and advancing Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise Third‑Party Management (TPM) operating model. In this position, you will lead the design and continuous improvement of global TPM processes while owning the TPM product roadmap and delivery of key enhancements. Partnering across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Technology, and ERM, you will drive standardization, strengthen compliance, enhance user experience, and enable automation and data‑driven insights across the third‑party lifecycle. This role offers an opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, connect teams, and deliver measurable impact while embodying the Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and operationalize enterprise-wide TPM processes (intake, IRQ, DDQ, onboarding, monitoring, issue management, offboarding) and advocate for standardization across regions and functions.
Define and prioritize the TPM enhancements roadmap, manage user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with technical teams to deliver high‑value product improvements.
Engage business and risk stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and ensure enhancements deliver measurable business outcomes.
Drive squads toward business‑impact‑oriented solutions, shape OKRs, and maintain accountability for high‑quality, timely execution.
Establish and track KPIs and benefit metrics (cycle time, questionnaire duplication reduction, preferred supplier utilization, cost avoidance) and produce executive-level dashboards and status reporting.
Integrate external risk intelligence and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow TPRM, CLM, ERP/Sourcing, MDM) and champion automation and AI‑enabled capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance monitoring.
Partner with ERM and security/compliance teams to align TPM processes with governance standards, maintain data privacy and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements in user experience, operational efficiency, and delivery speed.
Drives continuous improvements to user experience, effectiveness, and operational efficiency in the assigned area, balancing business value with technical feasibility when prioritizing features, optimizing costs, and accelerating delivery.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
6–8 years of experience in Procurement, TPM, Risk, Finance, Product Management, or related functions.
Proven product/backlog ownership experience in a multi-stakeholder enterprise environment; comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Hands on experience and knowledge of procurement processes and systems (Sourcing, Contracting/CLM, R2P/AP systems).
Experience working with risk domains (e.g., Cyber/ISRM, Privacy, Business Continuity, Trade Compliance) and integrating risk function requirements into product/process design.
Demonstrated experience with process mapping, process optimization, and requirements management, customer centric continuous improvement mindset
Strong data analysis skills — ability to analyze complex datasets and translate into actionable recommendations and executive reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills; able to represent Procurement constructively across internal and external teams, clearly communicate objectives, and build collaborative relationships with business and risk functions to achieve shared goals.
Preferred:
Practical experience in one or more procurement domains (Sourcing, Category Management, R2P/Accounts Payable), including commercial and non‑commercial negotiation
Hands‑on experience implementing/operating ServiceNow TPRM or equivalent GRC platforms
3+ years progressive Continuous Improvement/process transformation experience Knowledge of external risk intelligence feed integration and monitoring technologies.
Other:
Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
