What You Will Do

• Lead logistics, production planning/control, and material store operations to support overall MRO performance
• Drive floor space optimization to ensure efficient movement, staging, and flow of parts across operations
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including receiving, induction, and shipment of customer parts with accurate tracking and throughput
• Manage material store operations (including bonded stores, scrap, consumables, and controlled materials) ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and traceability
• Lead production planning and control by analyzing backlog, material availability, and shop capacity to meet delivery and financial targets
• Optimize WIP, backlog, and kitting to maximize throughput and minimize aging
• Coordinate material allocation and shop order prioritization with Procurement, Planning, and Operations to mitigate supply risks
• Partner with repair cells and cross-functional teams to achieve operational and delivery targets
• Own monthly sales projections and align operational plans with revenue and demand outlook
• Present financial commitments, forecasts, and operational performance insights to senior leadership
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to Quality, CORE, EH&S, and Ethics standards
• Develop and lead teams, fostering engagement, capability building, and succession planning

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or production control within manufacturing or MRO environments
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and/or driving cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in aerospace, aviation MRO, or highly regulated industries
• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience with data analytics and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Python, Excel VBA)
• Knowledge of Lean, CORE, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence across all organizational levels
