Job Description

About Moloco:

Moloco builds some of the most powerful AI advertising solutions in the world. Our name—short for "machine learning company"—reflects our core mission: democratizing access to the advanced AI that has historically been reserved for tech giants. Led by machine learning pioneers who built some of the most successful ad systems at Google, including YouTube's monetization engine and key search advertising technologies, we're transforming how businesses grow and compete in the digital economy.

Built with AI from day one, Moloco’s planet-scale machine learning platform powers a suite of solutions for advertising growth and monetization. Moloco Ads is an AI-powered platform that delivers real business outcomes for mobile app marketers through performance-based user acquisition. Moloco Commerce Media enables retailers and marketplaces to build revenue-generating ad businesses that balance user experience and advertiser performance.

Moloco is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, Gurgaon, Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Tel Aviv, and Berlin.

Moloco is a truly rewarding place to work and in an exciting period of growth, which you could be a part of. Join us today and apply now!

The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Moloco’s GTM StratOps team is the connective tissue between commercial strategy and how the business actually moves. In this role, you’re not a support function; you’re an owner. You take consequential initiatives from scoping through delivery, produce analytical work that visibly shapes planning decisions, and keep the operating rhythm tight so leadership can stay focused on what matters most.

In this role, your fingerprints will be on the work that makes the GTM team run:

  • You own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, breaking them into milestones, holding partners accountable, and driving to outcomes rather than waiting to be managed.
  • You run the operating cadence. WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs are data-backed, well-framed, and action-oriented when you’re at the helm, and you catch data issues before leadership sees them.
  • You read the GTM motion like a practitioner. You know what healthy pipeline generation, deal progression, and seller productivity look like, and you notice when something’s off before anyone asks.
  • You build AI-native into your daily practice and contribute to workflows that multiply leverage across the commercial team. You don’t wait for a playbook.
  • You make the people around you better: through intellectual honesty, composure when things are ambiguous, and a genuine commitment to the team’s success over your own credit.

The Opportunity:

This is a role for someone who wants to build real StratOps muscle at a company where the work actually matters. Moloco is a performance advertising platform operating at global scale, and the GTM StratOps function sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, execution, and intelligence.

You’re expected to contribute to the “what” and “why” of your workstreams, not just the “how.” You’ll work closely with senior leadership, bring analytical and operational rigor to planning and strategy conversations, and grow into someone who shapes how the region operates. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Owning significant cross-functional initiatives, from identifying the strategic gap through delivering the outcome. You scope the work, align the stakeholders, and drive it across the finish line.
  • Running the operating cadence (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) with rigor: owning OKR tracking, identifying when KRs are stuck, and holding partners accountable with data rather than just accepting status updates.
  • Diagnosing the GTM motion: spotting trends in business data, following threads to root cause, and surfacing opportunities where the commercial engine could work harder, whether that’s a segment, a process gap, or a playbook that isn’t scaling.
  • Contributing to AI-enabled workflows, bringing your personal AI fluency to bear on team-level problems: accelerating research and synthesis, reducing manual
