Demand Forecasting & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Operation during project intake to build effective staffing plans;
  • Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts;
  • Identify skill gaps and workforce needs, partnering with Craft Leads and People & Culture on hiring and training.

Cross-Regional Resourcing & External Support

  • Coordinate resourcing across EMEA, including nearshore and offshore teams;
  • Identify and onboard freelancers or external partners when internal capacity is unavailable;
  • Ensure a balanced approach between internal, nearshore/offshore, and freelance resourcing.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Act as a key partner to Delivery, Sales, Operations, Project Managers, and Craft Leads;
  • Ensure alignment between resourcing strategies and business priorities;
  • Bring a consultative approach by advising on alternative profiles or staffing solutions based on project needs.

Risk Management & Conflict Resolution

  • Proactively identify risks in resourcing plans and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Manage and resolve resource conflicts, competing priorities, and overlapping demands.

Reporting, Data & Governance

  • Maintain high data quality within resource management tools (e.g., Resource Guru);
  • Ensure compliance with processes such as time tracking, allocations, and reporting;
  • Track and report on key metrics (utilization, capacity, bench, freelance/nearshore ratios);
  • Provide regular insights to local, regional, and global leadership.
