THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) focused on Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition technologies to join our HR Technology, PMO & Analytics organization. This team is transforming how we design, deliver, and measure HR programs through the power of data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you’ll partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to optimize our global Talent systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Talent Management platforms, and Workforce Planning solutions. You’ll help streamline how we attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring our technology ecosystem scales with the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Talent Tech Stack: Serve as a system expert and primary contact for Talent systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM tools, Talent Management platforms, and Workforce Planning solutions.
- Drive the Roadmap: Partner with HR and IT to define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with Pure’s hiring, development, and workforce planning strategies.
- Deliver Enhancements: Translate business requirements into functional and scalable solutions. Partner with IT to define user stories, manage configuration changes, conduct UAT, and ensure smooth deployment.
- Integrate Systems: Support cross-platform integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Talent, HRIS, and Analytics systems, enabling unified reporting and insights.
- Partner Across HR: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities that enhance user experience.
- Expand Scope: Over time, take ownership of additional HR technologies as Pure’s people systems landscape evolves.
- Enable Adoption: Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication, training, and documentation to maximize adoption of new capabilities.
