Job Description:

Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Works closely with Business Development senior management to prospect and convert new partners through supporting partnering/prospecting meeting outreach, and attending conferences and/or tradeshows. Collaborates with other internal teams to ensure Business Development objectives are met. .
Supports Business Development (BD) management with outreach to interested prospects and new partners.
Utilizes deep market analyses to understand market patterns, customer segments, and high-value targets.
Researches target markets for future growth and develops key partnerships in support of the organization's business model.
Establishes and maintains a current understanding of the external marketplace (e.g. conditions, trends, and competitors) as well as internal capabilities and technologies.
Analyzes and evaluates sales data, consumer behavior, and current industry trends to aid efforts & assess prospective business opportunities.
Drives project planning and project management activities including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and tracking deliverables.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
