Job Description
We are looking for a talented sales lead to grow and develop our Channel Partner Sales business in the APAC region. You will join a team of Partner Managers who work hand in hand with our global reseller partners to successfully launch and expand Reddit in new international markets. We’re looking for someone with deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing industry within these regions. The ideal person for the role has experience within the Partner Sales ecosystem and has had proven success with coaching, motivating, educating, and co-pitching partner sales teams to achieve set revenue targets. You would be a key pillar to Reddit’s business strategy as we forge world-class global partnerships with our Channel Partners and regional brands.
This role is required to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage and co-sell with our Sales Partners across APAC, ensuring they are meeting and exceeding their advertising revenue goals by providing platform education, vertical-specific narratives, and pitching alongside them in-market
- Enable the local partners at scale and work closely with the scaled sales teams & XFN teams to identify best practices & playbooks for our partners.
- Work closely with the partner to understand their needs in order to successfully represent us in market. Enable the local partners through trainings & webinars and work closely with the scaled sales teams & XFN teams to identify best practices & playbooks for our partners.
- Translate partner needs by collaborating with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning
- Own your business by collaborating with Channel Partnerships org leadership and your reseller partners to define sales strategy and tactics for your markets that will drive revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, working with your Channel Partners to identify new opportunities and ensure the Partner is delivering the highest impact
- Hold partners accountable by tracking achievement toward revenue targets, setting appropriate expectations, and troubleshooting challenges to goal attainment
- Identify new partnership opportunities, including identifying new partners, expanding within existing reseller partnerships, and renegotiating terms of new and existing reseller agreements
- Represent Reddit in emerging markets by speaking at key industry events and identifying joint marketing opportunities.
- Travel required.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience managing a sales pipeline & driving revenue within digital ads
- Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, and full funnel client marketing objectives. Experience working with brands and channel partners in the APA
