- Content generation and Q&A pipelines for creating thought-leadership drafts, marketing materials, and client-facing summaries.
- Automation tools for client-facing processes, such as call transcription, summarization, sentiment analysis, and regulatory flagging (e.g., "CitiScribe").
- Technical Strategy & Governance:
- Represent the Wealth Management GenAI domain in the Architecture Review Board (ARB), authoring and enforcing governance decisions for all new AI applications.
- Define and drive the "Add-On vs. Buy vs. Build" operating model for new capabilities, evaluating external vendors and leading proof-of-concept projects.
- Lead the remediation of unstructured data across the enterprise by designing and implementing advanced retrieval workflows (e.g., hybrid dense/sparse RAG).
- Innovation & Leadership:
- Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of novel AI use cases and the filing of patents for new inventions in AI safety, automation, and platform design.
- Lead the development of platforms and tools that accelerate the AI development lifecycle, such as systems to auto-generate user stories, test cases, and project documentation from raw context.
- Mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to define the strategic roadmap for AI in Wealth Management.
- Advise internal venture capital partners on the technical viability of startups and external AI platforms.
- Integrate and deploy models and services from key partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and NVIDIA.
