What you will do:

  • Support the planning, execution, and closing of projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Assist in developing project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in developing solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on open tasks.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient collaboration and ensure a smooth project execution.

What you will bring:

Essential

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to managing projects and driving results.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be able to handle multiple projects at once.
