THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Paid Media Analyst to our Marketing team in Brazil!

The B2C Paid Media Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and analysis of paid media strategies across various platforms for the regional market, increasing brand awareness through strategic paid media campaigns, generating qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline, and optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to optimize campaign performance, update reports, and provide strategic insights, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with business goals and regional market needs.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead growth initiatives: Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns and growth initiatives, from strategy development and experiment design to execution and optimization.
  • Optimize Performance: optimize paid campaigns across all channels, driving growth through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization of KPIs, audiences, bidding strategies, keywords, and creative assets.
  • Reporting: Update and maintain reports on paid media performance, providing regular updates to the regional marketing teams.
  • Strategy Support: Analyze and provide support for new initiative launches, including CRM strategies using Salesforce.
  • Creative Strategy: Propose new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Operational Management: Manage the operational aspects of agency relationships, focusing on optimizing paid media efforts.
  • Weekly Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the Paid Media team, Sales, and Marketing

WHO YOU ARE

  • If you reside in São Paulo, you must be available to work from the office once a month.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in paid social, paid search and display ads, Canva, CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce), Tableau, and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Presentation).
  • Experience in paid media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of different cultural markets.
  • Experience in managing cross-platform campaigns and working with international teams is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
