As an Invoice Management & Reporting Analyst, you will influence the future digitalization of end-to-end Customer Invoicing to Cash processes (Ci2C), leaving you to be the expert in your field. Reporting to Receivables & Revenue Accounting Lead you will work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade and the CI2C team.

Main responsibilities

• Secure invoice booking Execute revenue recognition and derecognition accounting process

• Prepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysis

• Prepare account reconciliations

• Handle internal and external audit requests

• Complete activities as per the global Core Model, Sanofi policies and operational KPIs

• Take part in projects in respective areas

• Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as related stakeholders and local knowledge of entities in scope

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities 

• Support team members with lesser seniority level

About you

Experience

• Broad understanding of Account Receivables accounting, monthly closure and reporting activities

Hard and Soft Skills

Technical 

• Knowledge and experience of SAP

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Interpersonal 

• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

Education:

• Graduate degree in accounting or finance/Relevant experience
