The Maintenance Operations Associate Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for highly technical pharmaceutical dispensing equipment. They will develop and execute maintenance strategies, manage maintenance teams, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations.
What you will do
Assist with complex repairs on malfunctioning RX equipment required in order to restore machinery to satisfactory operating conditions.
Ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
Execute emergency plans and maintain physical preparedness designed to assist and protect employees in emergency situations.
Coordinate processes and assignments from the asset management system work orders and ensure entries are completed in a timely manner.
Educate team in basic machine maintenance, operational safety, and troubleshooting procedures.
Direct workflow of maintenance staff and monitors the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
Manage operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Mentor and support team members, assisting them in their professional growth and skill development.
Shift Schedule: This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm and flexible when business requires.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of mechanics and machine operation
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience leading teams of 10 or more
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
