About the Role:
We’re looking for an Influencer Business Director to join Hearts & Science, the fastest‑growing media agency in the UK. This newly created role will shape the future of our influencer capability within the Creative Solutions department and report directly to our Chief Planning Officer.
You will lead our influencer function end‑to‑end: defining Hearts’ creator vision, embedding influencer thinking early in planning, and delivering culturally powerful, commercially effective work that drives growth for our clients and the agency.
With 10+ years’ experience in media and creator‑led communications, you will bring a proven ability to integrate influencer into broader planning to drive brand and business impact. You will have deep expertise across creator strategy, platform ecosystems, talent negotiation, rights usage, and culturally fluent campaign development. You’ll also understand modern connections planning - how creators complement paid social, content, digital, and brand strategy, and how to embed influencer thinking upstream.
Responsibilities

- Act as a senior influencer advisor to CMOs and senior clients, shaping strategies that drive brand relevance and measurable business outcomes - not just campaign metrics.
