The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

• Address and discuss trends, deviations, and CAPAs during the data collection period

• Conduct initial interpretation and preliminary assessment of results from different data categories

• Include relevant data and charts in reports for enhanced clarity

• Liaise with site-specific Subeject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain insights and incorporate their expertise

• Document deviations and discuss their potential impact

• Summarize findings, suggesting implications and conclusions

• Write report content using CMS, GxP guidelines

About you: 

• Experience: >5 years professional experience in Pharma Report Issuance and Pharma Manufacturing Controlled Area Monitoring or Contamination Control activities

• Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments

• Technical skills: Strong skills in data analysis, Word, Excel, Power Point, Veeva is a plus

• Other skills: Experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP environment

• Education: Master Degree in a scientific background

• Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French or German is a plus, Italian, Hungarian
