About the role

Interested in how finance teams keep the numbers accurate and the business running smoothly? Join our Finance Controllership team and get hands-on exposure to core accounting processes, reporting cycles, and internal controls. As an intern, you’ll support real work across month-end close, reconciliations, and audit processes.

This role is suited for students who are comfortable working with numbers, detail-oriented, and keen to understand how finance operates in a real business environment. You’ll build a solid foundation in accounting workflows and see how finance supports day-to-day operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations

  • Assist with audit requests, data gathering, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and help resolve any discrepancies

  • Support finance projects, reporting, and analysis as required by the team

  • Work with business units to ensure revenue is recorded accurately and in line with guidelines

  • Contribute to process improvements, including the use of digital tools and automation

  • Assist in documenting and updating finance processes and workflows
     

About You:

  • Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

  • Curious about how finance actually works in a real business environment

  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to accounting systems is a plus

    This role will be based at our Chai Chee HQ
