We're seeking an innovative Ecommerce Operation Manager passionate about holistic product lifecycle management and AI-driven operations. In this role, you'll lead on-ground operation strategy for diverse product categories, supporting product launch, growth, and upgrades using cutting-edge AI technology. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners including Business, Technology, Marketing, and Quality teams in a fast-paced environment that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution.


Key job responsibilities
• Product lifecyle management: develop and execute operational strategies for product launches and growth, oversee project execution and resource allocation
• Scaling problem solving ability: strong analytical horsepower via exploring and adopting GenAI solutions to identify and break down complex problems quickly and efficiently, evaluate trade off and make data-informed decisions under tight timelines.
• Communication: ability to build an effective communication mechanism to ensure stakeholders, peers, partner teams and own team are inspired, engaged, and on the same page
• Scaling Leadership: proven ability to build, develop and lead teams through periods of rapid expansion while maintaining quality, culture, and execution standards.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
