Analyst - Billing - UK

What you'll be doing:

• Create billing drafts, review, obtain approval, and ensure that billing meets clients guidelines.
• Analyse Unbilled and coordinate a resolution of any items that are in question
• Maintain billing and invoice delivery guideline information for assigned clients
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by management
• Provide solutions to any relative problems on billing of client invoices
• Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Prepare and present analytical reports
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Able to take responsibility proactively during team crisis and be a helping hand for achieving the team goal

What you'll need:

• Minimum Graduate with 4-6years experience into Billing role
• Fluency in English is must.
• Proficiency in excel and word is required.
• Self-motivated
• Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally
• Well organised with strength in prioritising
• Flexible attitude to achieve results
