Job Description
We are seeking someone to join our team as a Third-party Reporting & Analytics Associate. This role will leverage the Global Supplier Services (GSS) data to deliver insights into the Firm's third-party relationships. They will work on solutions to provide transparency and help determine opportunities to optimize Third-party expenses. This position will require a strong balance of business acumen with technical expertise. An understanding of third-party relationships and the source to pay processes is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide reporting & analytics deliverables in a fast paced and deadline driven environment while supporting data innovation and transformation initiatives.

This is an Associate level position within the Global Supplier Services Data & Analytics Team, which uses business intelligence tools to deliver analytical solutions to stakeholders across the Firm.

What you'll do in the role:
Become a subject matter expert on sourcing and third-party data to turn business requirements into solutions that drive meaningful reporting and analysis for stakeholders across Sourcing and the Firm.
Translate complex business processes and concepts into stakeholder-ready insights through clear visual storytelling (dashboards, KPI scorecards, executive-ready presentations).
Leverage Business Intelligence tools (Snowflake and Power BI) to design and build analytical solutions.
Contribute to data transformation and AI enablement initiatives that improve the GSS Data & Analytics service model and unlock new analytical capabilities.
Support the migration of legacy reporting to new strategic platforms that enhance the reporting environment, including partnering with technology teams throughout the SDLC, UAT testing, maintaining taxonomies and mappings, and onboarding new datasets.
Work independently with stakeholders for any ad hoc data requests, KPI monitoring, and modifications to existing reporting solutions and dashboards.
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience delivering end-to-end reporting & analytics solutions.
Experienced use of Business Intelligence tools and data platforms such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, Python or similar.
Client management and teamwork skills: Demonstrated ability in being flexible and working with stakeholders and colleagues at all experience levels, comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical partners, as well as external counterparts.
Experience building or maintaining governed metric layers (semantic models, standardized KPI definitions) and producing executive-ready insights.
Experience of collecting, analyzing and synthesizing large and complex datasets.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Interest in how AI capabilities can enhance data practices and stakeholder experience (e.g., natural language querying / governed AI capabilities).
Working knowledge of data ontologies and knowledge graphs are a plus.
Industry experience with sourcing (Ariba on demand), procurement, Accounts Payable, third-party relationships, and expense management is a plus.
