Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are offering talented students and recent graduates an exciting opportunity to work in the demanding field of Investment Banking (Mergers & Acquisitions) for a three-month internship from October to December 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our team and gain live experience working for a global investment bank. Our program provides all interns with the unique opportunity to:

• Work alongside current Analysts, Associates, and VPs over the course of three months
• Have exposure to our main sector teams: Healthcare, Consumer Products & Services and Services & Industrials
• Take on all functions of a full-time analyst
• Assist deal teams in live transactions
• Perform financial due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential and live transactions
• Receive direct client exposure in a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Draft pitch materials, information memorandums, management presentations, and other relevant communications
• Identify potential M&A and financing situations

Qualifications

• Exceptional academic credentials, with a degree qualification (completed or on-going) from a top-tier institution
• Bachelor and master’s degree: all subjects considered
• General understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and strong attention to detail
• High level of motivation and ability to work in a team
• Adaptability to a constantly changing environment and ability to manage through change with a high degree of emotional maturity
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for investment banking
• Strong proficiency with MS-Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions, adapt to new tasks with little notice, and to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and German is essential
• Fluency in any other European language is highly desired
