The RGMX Senior Manager, Uzbekistanis responsible for designing and executing the market’s end to end Revenue Growth Management & Execution agenda to unlock sustainable topline revenue growth and margin expansion. Operating as a key commercial thought leader within the Uzbekistan franchise, this role partners closely with bottling, marketing, finance, and commercial teams to localize Eurasia & Middle East RGMX strategies, strengthen price–pack architecture, and ensure disciplined execution in the market.  

You will champion affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization, and channel execution excellence—ensuring Uzbekistan delivers strong transaction, mix, and margin outcomes through integrated RGMX routines.  

 

Scope 

• Geography:Uzbekistan; local role based out of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. No relocation support will be provided. 
• System: Works closely with the bottler and KO system partners.  
• Team: Part of a networked OU/market team including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, S&I, and bottler stakeholders.  

 

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) 

  • Lead, design, and implement integrated RGMX (Revenue Growth Management Experience) plans and approaches tailored to the Uzbekistan market to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers).  

  • Collaborate with system partners to identify and execute targeted growth initiatives in Uzbekistan through pricing, promotions, OBBPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) actions to unlock revenue, volume, and transaction opportunities.  

  • Ensure the seamless integration of aligned RGMX priorities into market execution, influencing PICOS (Picture of Success), RED (Right Execution Daily), price terms and promo spending at the country level.  

  • Monitor all RGM drivers for Franchise Unit business performance in Uzbekistan, reporting results with root cause analysis and mitigation plans as needed.  

  • Support the development of RGM capabilities for the Uzbekistan team, including training (e.g., through RGM Academy) and use of commercial tools (such as TPO, CPS, etc.).  

  • Participate as an active member of the global SME (Subject Matter Expert) network to accelerate capability in: Affordability, Premiumization, Reusables Acceleration, IC (Immediate Consumption) Acceleration, and Advanced Analytics.  

  • Lead the deployment of commercial elements from the RGMX framework and ensure toolkits are used effectively within the Uzbekistan Franchise Unit.  

  • Integrate cross-functional and cross-market RGM strategies, acting as the key Uzbekistan contact for all relevant stakeholders (including bottlers, Franchise GMs, and the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance functions), ensuring RGMX strategies and commercial activities are harmonized.  

 

Qualifications & Success Parameters 

University degree (preferably in business, economics, marketing, or related fields).  

3-5 years of relevant experience in RGM, commercial, marketing, or related areas.  

Knowledge of RGM frameworks and tools, with proven execution in market-based or channel-based growth initiatives.  

  • Ability to translate marketing, franchise, and commercial priorities into actionable Uzbekistan market plans.  

  • Good knowledge of  channel dynamics and consumer understanding in Uzbekistan.  

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.  

  • High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex business environment.  

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.  

  • Fluent in English (Uzbek is a strong plus). 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
