Job Description
As an Account Manager at AWS, you will drive growth and adoption of AWS services among top banks and large enterprise customers in Indonesia.
You'll build strong relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders, understand their business objectives, and provide tailored cloud solutions to address their unique challenges. Your expertise will help customers accelerate digital transformation, drive innovation, and achieve cost optimization. You'll work collaboratively with AWS teams, partners, and customers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand existing relationships.
With a deep understanding of the banking and enterprise landscape, you'll provide thought leadership, drive deal closure, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. If you're a motivated relationship-builder with a passion for cloud innovation, this role is a great fit
Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders at top bank and enterprise customers
- Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and cloud adoption goals - Develop tailored AWS solutions to address customer needs and drive business outcomes
- Drive growth and adoption of AWS services among assigned customers
- Collaborate with AWS teams (sales, solutions architecture, professional services) to execute customer deals and projects
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on AWS services and cloud innovation
- Manage deal pipeline, forecast, and reporting
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and success with AWS services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity in banking and enterprise sectors
