I.   JOB POSTING DESCRIPTION

          

OVERVIEW

The Analyst, Program Operations will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate entry and curation of descriptive program metadata and rights information across international and local business systems, in line with WBD international governance, for channels and platforms across the APAC region.

English fluency is required. Additonal core Asian language skills (speaking, writing) are preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Metadata Management – 50%

  • Work with international metadata teams to ensure appropriate program records for WBD content are entered into the international metadata respository.
  • Create and maintain metadata records in the same system for locally acquired or produced content.
  • Ensure metadata correctly populates the local Broadcast Management Systems and other downstream systems.  Amend and maintain metadata as required.
  • Create and maintain rights information within the Broadcast Management Systems.

Rights and Program Inventory Management – 40%

  • Manage rights clearance via internal systems, including entry into IBC.
  • Create program inventory assets in the main inventory database (Deal).

Communication – 10%

  • Collaborate and liaise with local, regional and global internal teams, external vendors and distributors to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations relating to rights and metadata.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in operations, particularly media management and dealing with external partners.
  • Broad experience in researching metadata.
  • Bachelor degree or higher is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Any other core Asian language skills are desirable, especially Chinese, Thai and Malay.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively as part of a global team.
