Early Talent Program Overview

The Terex Early Talent Program is a strategic initiative designed to identify and develop the future leaders of our global organization. Opportunities include three month internships, six month co-ops, and three year long rotational Leadership Development Programs (LDP). What You’ll Do

During your time with us you will:

  • Support the execution of category strategies through data preparation, documentation, and coordination activities
  • Assist with supplier-related activities including RFQs, quote comparisons, and supplier information requests
  • Help maintain category tools and trackers such as pricing files, sourcing trackers, and standard work documents
  • Support coordination with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to understand part requirements and supply needs
  • Assist with preparation of materials for category reviews, sourcing decisions, and supplier meetings
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, delivery, quality, or supply continuity
  • Provide basic analytical support (Excel-based summaries and reporting) to inform category decisions

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or similar field, or have recently graduated within the last 2 years
  • Able to work in-person full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months in Moses Lake, WA

Nice to Haves

  • Interest in joining the Leadership Development Programs after graduation
  • Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
  • Coursework or interest in supply chain, sourcing, or operations
  • Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis reporting or tools
  • Interest in developing a career in Category Management or Strategic Sourcing

The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate program or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay and, if desired, medical insurance.
