About the Role
Lead data governance for a major global consumer goods client and build enterprise frameworks that transform how data drives business decisions. You'll reduce organizational risk, establish best practices, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
As a senior member of JLL Technologies' Data Governance team, you'll shape data strategy and work directly with both internal teams and external clients to create lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Establish and drive data governance program, including policies, standards, and frameworks that win business buy-in
- Supporting the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes
- Lead Master Data Management strategy and oversee critical data flows
- Build a mature Data Stewardship program and democratize data knowledge across the organization
- Partner with IT, BI, and business leaders to solve complex data challenges
- Advise clients on governance best practices for their entire data landscape
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions regarding data quality and processes,
- Create Data Dictionaries and other metadata and processes documentation to bring clarity to complexity
What You Bring
Essential:
- 4+ years in enterprise data governance/management across multiple systems
- Strong client relationship management and business analysis experience
- Deep knowledge of data lifecycle, governance frameworks, and database management
- Fluent English with executive presence
