Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Construction Manager to join our dynamic Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CE&I) team at our Indianapolis, IN office supporting INDOT Laporte District projects . The Construction Manager assists in the construction of public and private Infrastructure projects. The Construction Manager works with other Construction Managers, Design Engineers, Project Managers, Practice Leader, and Market directors for civil engineering projects for the Aviation, Water, and Transportation Markets.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.  Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

• Increasing responsibilities to perform construction management duties
• Good ability at analyzing and programs independently
• Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria
• Applies an increased amount of professional judgment and discretion
• Must consistently apply Woolpert procedures
• Good ability at performing quality control reviews and assists with quality assurance procedures within areas of expertise
• Manage the inspections of construction projects and materials for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and approved construction plans/specifications
• Good knowledge at ensuring inspections are completed according to contract protocols.
