Get To Know Our Team 

The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allow staff to achieve their goals. We operate in 10 different countries, providing 24/7 support to all Agoda employees. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux. 

 

This role can be based in Bangkok, Gurgaon, Kuala Lumpur, Philippines or Indonesia 

 

The Opportunity:

Agoda is using a wide range of systems and tools like Workday, Zendesk, Greenhouse, etc. to support its People operations' fast-moving pace and dynamic workforce needs globally. We are looking for a People Technology Manager (Integrations) to drive projects and implement solutions at scale to simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize business processes. In this role, you will be a key driver of Agoda’s People Technology strategy, owning critical integrations and automations that directly impact every employee’s experience. You’ll work at the intersection of HR, Payroll, and Technology, with the freedom to innovate and the scale to see your solutions make a measurable difference 

 

In This Role, You'll Get To

  • Lead a team of SMEs to drive People Technology integration projects. 

  • Own and lead Agoda’s payroll integration roadmap, shaping how core HR and payroll systems work together across countries and products. 

  • Strategize Agoda’s Workday integration roadmap by scaling solutions, driving continuous improvements, and assessing platform readiness. 

  • Lead integration design strategy using Workday and other tools, integrating with platforms such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, Oracle, and other components of the Agoda tech stack. 

  • Optimize existing automated solutions to improve efficiency and create leaner processes. 

  • Partner closely with key business stakeholders (Payroll, FinSys, People Technology, BI Dev) to assess technology needs and feasibility, align priorities, manage timelines, and drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
