Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of Statements of Work (SOW), including defining project objectives, scope, technical specifications, milestones, risk analysis, and cost estimates.
  • Lead and enforce adherence to PMO methodologies, organizational processes, governance frameworks, compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies across all projects.
  • Drive day-to-day project execution, including task prioritization, schedule oversight, risk management, issue resolution, and monitoring of critical metrics such as milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Oversee preparation and maintenance of project documentation, status reports, dashboards, change requests, risk and issue logs, and materials for internal and external stakeholder updates.
  • Lead governance meetings, provide executive-level progress updates, review presentations, and support senior leadership reporting and briefings.
  • Facilitate Agile and Waterfall ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement across multiple projects.
  • Design and implement tailored PMO frameworks for programs, ensuring robust tracking, reporting, and executive-level dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct post-project assessments to identify lessons learned, operationalize best practices, and ensure accurate preparation of project financial documentation, including invoices and budget reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or consulting, with preference for technology or software evaluation exposure, along with prior people management experience and the ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Project Management Certifications strongly preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Trello.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Planner; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access); exposure to AI-driven project management tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects or programs, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving successful project outcomes.
