About the Role:

Glean is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to lead and scale our IT infrastructure and endpoint management operations. This role will serve as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues across infrastructure, identity, and device management driving operational excellence, automation, and security across a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across enterprise IT systems, strong automation and scripting skills, and experience managing identity and access platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM solutions such as Kandji or Intune.

You will:

Act as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues across infrastructure, identity, and endpoint management.
Administer and maintain Okta, Google Workspace, and Kandji platforms ensuring security, compliance, and uptime.
