Key job responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel email calendar — Develop and manage a comprehensive email marketing calendar that spans all lifecycle stages, ensuring timely, relevant, and consistent communication across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Drive measurable revenue and engagement KPIs — Set, track, and report on performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and incremental revenue, delivering weekly and monthly insights and optimizations.
- Build and scale personalization and segmentation strategies — Partner with data science and analytics teams to develop advanced audience segmentation models and dynamic content frameworks that deliver highly relevant, 1:1 customer experiences at Amazon’s scale.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs — Design and execute a rigorous testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadences, content, and CTAs to continuously improve campaign performance and establish email best practices across the organization.
- Be the POC for cross-functional campaign execution including working with procurement, product, compliance and learning/ training teams, all of which impact the Amazon Relay Carrier experience.
About the team
This role reports into the Amazon Relay Acquisition team, which is responsible for carrier onboarding and engagement for the vast network of Amazon Relay carriers. Take a look at amazon.relay.com for more information on Amazon Relay!
Basic Qualifications
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
