  • Monitor implementation performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial measures to support project tracking and reporting.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend changes that improve consistency, repeatability, and quality across implementation activities.
  • Resolve escalated implementation issues by assessing root causes, coordinating stakeholders, and driving timely corrective actions.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client onboarding roles leading project execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • 5+ years of experience advising clients and internal stakeholders on implementation processes, delivery requirements, and project outcomes.
  • Experience creating implementation reporting, project documentation, and client communications using Microsoft Office or similar business productivity tools.
  • Experience monitoring project metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial measures to support implementation reporting and delivery decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting Output Solutions implementations in a print, mail, document, or customer communications environment.
  • Experience with capacity planning, resource coordination, or workload forecasting across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with business analysts, project managers, or client implementation teams in a shared delivery model.

How you'll work:
