Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to regulatory requirements while managing government relations and operational compliance across all assigned sites. The position bridges compliance enforcement with proactive government and regulatory engagement.
Key job responsibilities
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and maintain the site compliance framework, including licensing, permits, and regulatory documentation
Conduct regular compliance audits and gap assessments across all sites
Ensure timely renewal and tracking of all regulatory permits and licenses
Develop and maintain compliance registers, trackers, and reporting dashboards
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain relationships with relevant government bodies, regulatory authorities, and enforcement agencies
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may impact operations and advise leadership proactively
Support Branch Managers in managing regulatory interfaces at site level
Develop government engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure integrated compliance and GR coverage
Provide compliance and GR input into new site launches, expansions, and operational changes
Maintain documentation standards for all regulatory correspondence and government interactions
Report compliance and GRO status to senior leadership on a regular cadence
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
