Job Summary

People Leader with deep and extensive knowledge of and vast experience with their function's principles, practices, concepts, and theories. Responsible for implementing short term strategic, operational, and financial plans related to their function with impact at an enterprise level. Responsible for establishing and meeting their function's metrics and results. Achieves results by advising, supervising, and coordinating strategic functional activities, procedures, and resourcing, and ensures they are in line with their function's strategy. Responsible for the performance and development of leaders.
