Enterprise FP&A – Advisor

Performance Guarantees (PGs) represent contractual commitments that Cigna makes to clients across a range of metrics, including Service Levels, Clinical Engagement, and Financial Guarantees. As the healthcare market evolves, the demand for new and differentiated PGs continues to grow, requiring a dynamic and efficient operational approach. This role provides essential financial and operational support for PG processes, including accruals, system entries, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Guarantee Oversight:
  Maintain and monitor PG inventory, ensuring accurate reserving, planning, and forecasting.
• Financial System Management:
  Consolidate and submit projections into Hyperion and prepare accrual entries for general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Develop and deliver management reports for various PG segments, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Continuously enhance reporting to reflect evolving priorities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Partner with Underwriting, Contracting, and Sales teams as needed to interpret PG results and communicate insights effectively.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement process efficiencies throughout the PG lifecycle to improve accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  Serve as a resource for PG-related initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to established processes and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 11-13 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Hyperion and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week with expected overlap with US hours.
• Based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, following a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH).
