THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a commercial in-house lawyer fluent in Italian and English to join our European legal team!

Our company is looking for a talented and dynamic commercial lawyer who enjoys working on a wide variety of contractual duties. This role is integral to supporting our fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly expanding business in Europe that embraces new technologies and methodologies, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for legal professionals who want to support the business strategy and shape internal processes. The role involves work across multiple countries to ensure that all our contracts meet regulatory requirements, applicable laws and company policies.

YOUR IMPACT

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and contractual due diligences (including evaluating and participating in bids), ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws across several European countries, including data protection regulations;
• Acting as the legal expert for contractual matters across multiple European jurisdictions, providing practical and timely legal advice to internal stakeholders;
• Assessing contract processes to identify improvement to templates and to our contract cycles; 
• Clearly explaining contract terminology and provide contract training to internal departments; 
• Identifying, mitigating, and reporting on main contractual risks, developing standard operating procedures to address such risks and training materials for business teams.
