Sr. Product Manager, Tech, Intelligent Talent Acquisition

Key job responsibilities
* Defining product strategy that achieves strong customer value and business outcomes
* Working with builders to deliver your products
* Conducting discovery with your customers and users to identify opportunities, and using those opportunities to build products that improve business outcomes
* Using UX, product, and business knowledge to inform decisions and communicate effectively with and influence internal teams
* Problem solving using analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions
* Think big to integrate machine learning and GenAI-based solutions where they are game-changers
* Responsible for representing the application in the standard business review cadence

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
