We offer more than just a job—this is an opportunity to grow your career, be recognized for your hard work, and thrive in a supportive and collaborative office environment.

- Coordinating UAT test efforts with internal teams, customers, and external partners, including gathering feedback from educators and district IT administrators.
- Producing test metrics and delivering detailed reports to drive improvements.
- Supporting production releases and managing the escalation process during support events.
- Validating real-time features such as screen monitoring, screen sharing, device lock, link pushing, and messaging to ensure reliability under realistic classroom-scale conditions.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strict attention to detail and quality.
