The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Target Assets Protection- National Investigations Center (NIC)

One of the world’s leading and most recognized brands requires an industry-leading Asset Protection team who ensures the safety and security of our teams, guests, stores, DCs and merchandise. We use preventive techniques to maintain a comfortable, safe and secure environment, whether within our stores, our headquarters or our distribution centers. Here you'll help promote a culture of mindfulness around safety and security while preventing and responding to incidents that fall within our many areas of expertise.

As a Manager of the TII Assets protection Operation team, supporting the National Investigations Center (NIC) Centralized Support team, you will lead a team of specialists.

  • You will coach and develop team members to create a positive work environment and promote personal and professional development.
  • Your team will support partners in the NIC through case identification of exception reporting involving Team Members and internal theft.
  • Your team will support the execution of daily exception reporting that will generate case leads reviewed by NIC partners.
  • You will lead, prioritize, and support the efficiencies that are completed on a daily basis through exception reporting and project support.
  • You will lead this team to understand the technical knowledge of Target video and case management systems.
  • You will also serve as a liaison between the NIC Centralized Support Team and the TI Team.

Requirements:

  • 3/4 Year degree with 5-8 years of experience of managing team in operations job family.
  • Competency in Excel, Word, and other similar platforms
  • Ability to process simple to complex requests for external partners
  • Leadership skills and coaching team members for their success
  • Ability to process efficiency and identify gaps, communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced cognitive skills, including problem analysis, and decision making ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Critical thinking regarding existing processes and delivering feedback to improve
  • Develop the team for delivering analysis and insights based on past history and trends
  • Handle secure evidence and process requests with company PCI guidelines
