Job Summary:
The Seasonal Tax Administrator provides dedicated support to the tax team in servicing and delivering on the needs of clients. The position requires flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions for the Tax Administrator will include:
- Assisting with various tax-season processes including assembling/scanning/archiving data, logging in tax returns, preparing internal forms, preparing pre-tax-season files, e-filing, processing of tax files after mailing, and delivering returns.
- Accurately inputting tax data into technology systems including tax software and transcribing confidential client correspondence.
- Coordinating and communicating with tax advisors, managers, and other team members to perform job functions.
- Maintaining data integrity across all systems, confirming data and making updates, and preparing reports.
- Other general administrative duties as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma required
- Attention to detail and ability to take initiative to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills (written/verbal) and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and remain flexible as priorities change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented
- Able to navigate a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Working Conditions: Professional office environment, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation.
Work Mode: 100% In-office
Rate: $20/hr.
Dates: Jan 5th- April 24th 2026
Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.
