We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Surveyor—whether graduate, newly qualified, or about to qualify—to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leasing of office space across Manchester and the wider North West region
- Assist in the instruction and disposal of office properties on behalf of landlord clients
- Work alongside senior team members on high-profile agency instructions
- Undertake market research, analysis, and prepare client reports and presentations
- Conduct property inspections, viewings, and accompany clients on site visits
- Contribute to marketing strategies, including preparation of particulars and online listings
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, occupiers, and industry contacts
- Monitor market trends, deals, and competitor activity to support business development
- Assist with lease negotiations and heads of terms documentation
- Ensure all activities are compliant with internal processes and professional standards
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline
- Working towards APC, newly MRICS qualified, or about to qualify
- Strong interest in commercial property, particularly office agency/leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the Manchester office market (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, driven, and team-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and professional standards
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
