Role:

The objective of this role is to support Transaction Managers with process coordination, transaction tracking, reporting, and documentation preparation. The role includes active participation in client meetings, regular reporting cycles, and operational support for ongoing transactions.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate transaction records, schedules, and action logs
• Support coordination of internal approvals and external documentation flows
• Extract and validate key lease data (critical dates, obligations, clauses)
• Coordinate between Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, PMO, FM and Account teams
• Prepare client communications, presentations, and meeting summaries
• Ensure timely follow-up on actions and information requests

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Management or Real Estate preferred)
• 1-3 years of business experience
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables) and strong MS Office proficiency
• Fluent Business English for client calls and presentations
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Talent for transforming complex data into clear, actionable communications
